I can't log in to my account

I forgot my password

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot your password?"
  3. Enter your email address

Profile & Resume
How do I complete my profile?

To complete your profile:

  • Fill in all required fields (Name, Phone, Address, Date of Birth, Gender)
  • Add your resume content (maximum 4,500 words)
  • Save your changes
  • Your profile completion percentage will update automatically
My resume is too long

Resume content is limited to 4,500 words. To reduce length:

  • Focus on your most relevant experience
  • Use bullet points instead of paragraphs
  • Remove older or less relevant jobs
  • Summarize education and certifications
Can I edit my profile after saving?

Yes! You can update your profile anytime:

  • Go to your dashboard
  • Click "Edit Profile"
  • Make your changes
  • Click "Save Profile"
Jobs & Applications
I can't apply to jobs

To apply for jobs, you need to:

  • Be logged in to your account
  • Have a complete profile
  • Fill in all required profile fields
  • Add resume content

You'll be redirected to complete your profile if it's incomplete.

I can't post a job

Job posting requirements:

  • Use a company email address (not personal emails like Gmail)
  • Complete your company profile
  • Fill in all required job details
  • Add a detailed job description
How do I track my applications?

To view your applications:

  • Log in to your jobseeker dashboard
  • Click "My Applications" or "View All Applications"
  • You'll see all jobs you've applied to
  • Applications are marked with green "Applied" badges
My job posting isn't visible

Jobs need to be published to be visible:

  • Complete your company profile first
  • Go to your employer dashboard
  • Find your job and click "Publish"
  • Published jobs expire after 7 days but can be republished
Technical Issues
The page won't load or is slow

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try a different browser
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily
Location search isn't working

If location autocomplete isn't working:

  • Type city names fully (e.g., "Dallas, Texas")
  • Check if location services are enabled
  • Try typing without special characters
  • Clear browser cache
I'm getting error messages

For persistent errors:

  • Take a screenshot of the error
  • Note what you were trying to do
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Contact support using the form below
Account Management
How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact our support team using the form below. Include:

  • Your email address
  • Reason for deletion
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete all data
Can I change my email address?

Email addresses cannot be changed directly. You'll need to:

  • Create a new account with your new email
  • Contact support to transfer your data
  • Or contact support for manual email change assistance
